One ctypes note, two configure strings (OpenSSL paragraph, [6]_ citation kept as-is per existing precedent), two turtle strings (image alt text, Screen heading), and the new slice constraint sentence. Closes python#78

خیلی ممنون بابت مشارکتتون!
خطای Lint Check بهخاطر وجود مشکلاتی در fuzzy stringهاست که توی پیآر #77 فیکس کردید، بنابراین مشکلی وجود نداره.
من دوتا کامنت روی ترجمههاتون گذاشتم تا کمی بهبود پیدا کنن. لطفاً حتماً بهم بگید اگر جایی نیاز به کمک داشتید یا نظرتون چیز دیگهای بود.
